Even the tour director stated what I said in some of my comments earlier. I said if Rain had a gambling problem he would have NO career, because all his time would be spent gambling. The tour director said virtually the same thing. He says Rain was too busy working/preparing for his show and practically had no time to even sleep, so how the heck could he gamble to the degree that is being alluded to?

    Stay the course Rain baby!!

some sense is actually being brought to light in this controversy!!! and i believe in Rain!!!

I feel rather Rain had gambled a little like I had read somewhere or not at all according to the Chief Director of the tour. There is no proof that he has a gambling problem. It makes sense to me that Rain would be so busy preparing for the tour that he would not have time to gamble at all. The main point Andrew Kim is trying to make is that Rain has a gambling problem and he owes him money he leant him to gamble. I have not read that Andrew Kim has actual physical proof that Rain has done any of this. Besides people saying this and that, where is the actual proof. I will continue to believe in Rain until other wise proven different.

Can someone tell me why the concert was cancelled? I never understood why the concert was cancelled.

yeah..that kim guy just want money & ruined his reputation, but in the end he not gonna get anything..
@flower they cancelled the tour, coz the organizer in LA not set up the stage properly for the concert in the d-day, it’s to dangerous for rain to hold a concert with nothing set up properly, even rain push to still hold a concert without stage, firework, special effect in staples center basketball field, but the organizer didn’t allow him, & that makes him cry..now that kim guy as the organizer want to sue him?? he out of his mind..stay strong rain

Thank you so much for sharing this article.. No matter what I BELIEVE IN RAIN.. so Mr. Kim just shut up your mouth! If you are right than why don’t you bring the evidences on the table than telling lies and non sense things to the public..

@Dree thanks for answering my question. If I remember correctly Rain was found not at fault for the concert being cancelled. The Chief Director has stated that he was the one who blocked Rain from performing because the stage would of been too dangerous. I agree why is Andrew Kim continuously coming after Rain and not the Chief Director. He must have a personal hatred toward Rain. Since he cannot sue him he is trying to hurt him anyway he can. I say show me the evidence or shut the heck up!!

Gambling away that alleged ridiculous sum of hard earned money by Rain is just too hard to believe. If you are in Las Vegas, whether you like it or not you will be tempted to play the slot machines especially when you hear the winning bells as you pass by on the way to the rooms upstairs. The hotel/casino is surrounded by slot machines just upon the entrance because this is a hotel strategy to allure the people to play. Now if Rain has a real gambling problem where he cannot stay away from the card tables or slot machines, there is no way for him to get enough time for rehearsals and press conferences. Believe me, the temptation in the casinos is hard to avoid if you are a gambler, because one goes to Vegas to gamble in the first place. But what they accused Rain of is hard to believe knowing that first off: Rain does not have time to spare for extra activities such as play slot machines, let alone sit down for card games. Secondly, I don’t think even if he has money to gamble away, he would not sink $150,000 of his hard earned money for a lousy game of baccarat. It just doesn’t make sense to me. We believe Rain for his integrity and he is a responsible person. He knows that this vices could ruin his career and his future and he knows that this will tarnish his reputation and I think he has the sense to realize this beforehand. But even if he wants to play a little, say lose a thousand bucks or so, that still doesn’t warrant a title of being called a gambler. Heck ! if you go to Vegas to play, be prepared to lose a little for fun and if you get a lucky hand, you win a little too. That’s the way it is when you are in Vegas. I’m not proud to say this but I have lost more than I have to because sometimes you can’t help it until you’re drained of money. Sometimes you learn the hard way. But that doesn’t make me a gambler because you play for fun and experience. But you go there to watch shows too, that makes it more fun.

I’m just glad that there’s a person who had the gumption to stand up for Rain, who truly believes of the kind of person he really is and one who wants justice for a person who was wrongly accused. Thanks Mr. Lau Sing Ho.

All I can say now cuz I’m too tired is AMEN too to what you’re saying. These people wouldn’t stop. What are they really up to?

@Felisshi I could not have said it any better. I totally agree with all you have said.

@Felisshi this part stood out for me. I feel even if Rain lost a couple of thousands (1,2, etc.) but still small amount. That does not warrant him a title of being a gambler. I mean he is really rich. He has a little bit more money to blow than the average working person. A person who has a gambling problem stays in the casino practically lives there. This person would be gambling 24/7. How would Rain have time with his busy schedule to be in the casino like that. Mr. Kim must have some personal hate for Rain. Because if he felt Rain owed him money he could have just pursued him for that alone. Instead he has also, set out to spear his reputation. I will continue to say were is the proof until Mr. Kim produce some.

    @Felisshi,

HERE, HERE……I was in Vegas myself this past July and you are absolutely right. When you go there, the sights and sounds are “infectious” and you will play a little just for the pure fun of it. I did. If Rain did gamble, it was probably just like me for the FUN OF IT and moved on to go rehearse and handle his REAL business, now his accuser wants to start mess.

Felisshi, yes just like you, I lost money, but I can say I brought a “couple dollars” back home too……(SMILES). If anybody goes to Vegas just know you can become penniless……real quick! Now, we all know Rain’s story of poverty as a youth. I can’t see someone suffering the way he did back then go and do something as irresponsible as gambling away large sums of money. The very thing that the “lack of” caused so much heartache for him and his family in the past. Rain carries the guilt of losing his mother to this day, because his family didn’t have the money for her treatment. So RAIN is gonna piss away $150,000 dollars? Makes not one bit of sense to me. Isn’t that the reason he has always said he works so hard?……to never be hungry again and to take care of his father and sister.

    Mr. Kim…..Dude…..it won’t work!

@ felisshi unni and bialamode …AMEN..and I remembered Rain telling that story in one of his interviews when he was promoting Rainism about the director telling him he couldn’t possibly use the stage for safety reasons. And thanks to the director for standing up for ji Hoon and they have the same story.

@ bialamode…yes…One of his goals is to not go back to where he was once before and never be hungry again…

Love you Ji Hoon and I will believe in you no matter what…

Although I had pretty much decided I am not even going to dignify such allegations against Rain with a response, people like Mr. Lau Sing Ho deserve our thanks. Thank you sir for boldly coming forward and sharing what you know, and doing so in a more factual, less emotional, manner.

@tjrachel and CJ you are correct. Thank GOD for people like Mr. Lau Sing Ho for coming fourth and standing up for Rain. For making a statment based on facts. He even went as far as saying he could not understand why no one was blaming him. He was the one who blocked Rain from performing. That Rain was in tears because he wanted to perform but it was too dangerous for him to do so. Mr. Lau Sing Ho is a stand up guy and I am glad he is on Rains side.

I’m glad this was said. Thanks Mr. Lau Sing Ho.
I see that all people are sick and tired of the accusations against Rain. I’m sure Rain is beyond exhausted himself.
Just get it a rest Andrew Kim, we are all tired of your lies. Please move along with your life.
